100-UVCD Series is UV curable printable ink (primer) for CDR thermal transfer printing. It is suitable to CD/DVD thermal transfer printers, such as Everest/PrismPlus printers developed by RIMAGE.

100-UVCD Ink is screen printed onto CD/DVD prior to printing of CD/DVD printer. 100-UVCD Ink gives your printing articles with everlasting and supreme colorfulness characteristics than ever before.

Operation Tips

▶ Curing condition: Mercury lamp 80W/cm * 2 sets or 120W/cm*2sets or 150-170mj/cm² .

UV energy spectrum: 200-250NM,  Curing speed: >75disks/min

▶Screen mesh: 300 ~ 420 mesh or 120 ~150T of single fiber low expansion mesh with 20~25N/cm stencil tension.

▶Squeegee hardness: 60 ~80^ｏ

▶If thinning required, the thinner dosage to be controlled within 3~7%, and not exceeding 10%.

▶Printable inks need to be thoroughly mixed before use.

Safety Information

▶100-UVCD series is irritative to human. In case of skin contamination, wash clean contaminated area. In case of eye contamination, flush with clean water for at lease 15 minutes, and then obtain medical treatment. Please refer MSDS for detailed information.

▶Storage Condition: keep at cool place, avoid direct sunlight.
